Ejaculation
is the process by which semen is propelled out of the
body during orgasm. Orgasm is caused by strong contractions
in the reproductive organs. Men who under go prostate
cancer treatments, especially the prostatectomy, may
no longer experience normal ejaculation, but dry orgasm.
