Poorly-differentiated cells and Prostate Cancer

Poorly-differentiated cells are found during the pathologist‚s examination of the prostate biopsy core samples. If the core samples that show prostate cancer are poorly-differentiated, the cells appear different than healthy cells. Prostate cancer that is made up poorly-differentiated cells is larger or more aggressive than prostate cancer composed of well-differentiated cells.
