Oxybutynin after Prostate Cancer

Oxybutynin is an anticholinergic agent that can be used to treat the symptoms of urge incontinence after prostate cancer treatment. Oxybutynin works by relaxing the smooth muscles in the neck of the bladder and decreasing contractions of the bladder. Oxybutynin helps to delay the urge to urinate in men who have undergone prostate cancer treatment.
