Nitroglycerine and Impotence after Prostate Cancer

Nitroglycerine is a compound of nitrate groups. Nitroglycerine is a thick pale yellow that is explosive when suddenly struck or heated. Nitroglycerine however is also a vasodilator for those with coronary disease. Men who have undergone prostate cancer treatment and experience impotence as a side effect should not use impotence drugs such as sildenafil, tadalafil, or varendafil if they are also taking nitroglycerine.
