Nilutamide (registered
as Nilandron) is an anti – androgen used as a
prostate cancer hormone therapy. Nilutamide fits into
the receptors of the nuclei of the prostate cells and
prevents the reception of testosterone. Nilutamide can
be used to slow or to stop the growth and spread of
prostate cancer.
