Ejaculatory Fluid after Prostate Cancer

Ejaculatory fluid is added to the sperm as it travels from the testicles via the vas deferens. Ejaculatory fluid is excreted from the seminal vesicles and is a fluid medium so sperm can move once they have exited the body. Prostate cancer patients who have undergone the radical prostatectomy no longer will produce ejaculatory fluid, but instead will experience dry orgasm.
