are abbreviated as cc and have a measure of volume equal
to one milliliter. Prostate cancer tumors are measured
according to cubic centimeters; the larger the volume
of the tumor, the more advanced the cancer is. Those
with large prostate gland
volumes, may not be eligible for certain prostate cancer
treatments.
