Clinical trial phase II
tests whether the new drug or treatment is good enough
to move on to clinical trial phase III. Phase II also
tests for the most effective dosing and researches for
more information on side effects. There is not cost
for prostate cancer patients who choose to enroll in
clinical trials, and those that do so are furthering
the technology for the men who will develop prostate
cancer after them.
