Cernilton is the
extract of many kinds of rye grass pollens. Some patients
have found it to act as an anti-inflammatory drug and
to relax muscles that surround the urethra. Others believe
it helps to alleviate chronic nonbacterial prostatitis.
Potential side effects include, upset stomach and heartburn.
Prostate cancer patients, however, should not take cernilton
as an alternative treatment for prostate cancer.
