Urinary Frequency after Prostate Cancer Treatment

Urinary Frequency is a urinary side effect where the patient experiences the urge to urinate quite often. Urinary frequency may becomes problems during the night if he needs to get to empty his bladder. Long car rides or going to places where there is a lack of restrooms or long lines for restrooms may pose problems for the patient. Urinary side effects, especially incontinence, are common after treatments for prostate cancer, especially brachytherapy. Urinary side effects also accompany prostatitis and benign prostatic hyperplasia.
