Umbilicus is the
scar left on the body from where the umbilical cord
was once connected. The umbilicus is more commonly referred
to as the navel or the belly button. During the radical
retropubic prostatectomy, the prostate cancer patient
is shaved and prepped from the pubis to the umbilicus.
