Stage T3 is a
component of the clinical staging for prostate cancer
established by the American Joint Committee on Cancer
(AJCC). The T3 stage is divided into T2a and T3b. In
the T3a stage, the prostate cancer has extended out
of the gland. In the T3b stage, the prostate cancer
has invaded the seminal vesicles.
